The realistic Tile Effect Roof is available 2m * 1m in Slate Grey, Tile red and green. The flat roof is available any size in three shades of White, Light Brown to match the Golden Oaks and Chocolate Brown to match Mahogany. Both incorporate a dental moulded integral gutter designed to be drained at any point. Furthermore a concealed wiring duct is built into the ceiling and all roofs are insulated to an 0.35 u value.
